You may place your order through our secure online shopping cart at any time, day or night.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Your items are custom made upon receipt of your order. Large orders may take a few extra days to prepare. You will receive an email with a delivery confirmation/tracking number once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Express Mail is available at an additional cost. International shipping is not available at this time.

Your order will be delicately wrapped in tissue paper and boxed to ensure there is no damage during shipping.

**Priority Mail Shipping will continue to increase by $1.00 for each additional $25 of merchandise ordered.

Local pick-up is available to area residents at no charge. You will be sent an email to the address provided at checkout when your order is ready for pick-up.

 

RETURNS

At Sugar Britches Bowtique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
You will be charged $3.00 for additional shipping fees when an exchange is made. Special order and custom items (i.e., color, style, accessory, etc.) are non-refundable.

ALL returns and exchanges MUST be returned in original packaging to prevent damage. Items returned worn or damaged due to packaging will not be accepted. A refund will not be issued and items will NOT be returned to the customer.

Please email Sugar Britches Bowtique when returning an item with your reason of return and, when necessary, what you would like to exchange your item for. You will then be emailed a return invoice to include in your package.
Packages received without a return invoice will not be processed.
